Personal Trainer – Flexible Hours & Revenue Share

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Personal Trainer to join Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group. You will deliver high‑quality one‑to‑one training sessions, create customized programming plans, and guide members in the gym to help them achieve their fitness goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct personalized training sessions for members, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
• Develop tailored workout programs based on individual objectives and fitness levels.
• Provide guidance on exercise technique, nutrition basics, and lifestyle habits.
• Maintain accurate client records and progress notes.
• Participate in a three‑day PT induction and ongoing CDP courses to expand expertise.

Required profile

• Minimum Level 3 CIMSPA certification.
• Strong passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑driven attitude with a positive outlook.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Required skills

• Ability to design and adjust personal training programs.
• Knowledge of gym equipment and safe exercise practices.
