About the role
Join Ultimate Performance’s London team as a Personal Trainer, delivering the company’s data‑driven UP Method to clients in Paddington. This full‑time, on‑site role offers a competitive salary and a structured development programme.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one personal training sessions using the UP Method.
- Coach a diverse client base, acting as a trusted partner throughout their transformation journey.
- Deliver measurable results and track client progress.
- Participate in ongoing training, mentoring and professional development.
Required profile
- Level 3 Personal Training qualification (or equivalent).
- Legal right to work in the United Kingdom (no visa sponsorship).
- Genuine passion for transforming lives.
- Strong work ethic and growth mindset.
