About the role
Join Ultimate Performance’s London team as a Personal Trainer, delivering world‑class, data‑driven training using the UP Method. You will work with a diverse client base, guiding them through measurable transformations and building long‑term partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct one‑to‑one personal training sessions, applying the UP Method to achieve client goals.
- Provide tailored exercise programming and nutrition guidance.
- Maintain a full schedule, including early mornings and late evenings during the first year.
- Track client progress using data‑focused tools and adjust programmes accordingly.
- Participate in ongoing training, mentoring and professional development initiatives.
Required profile
- A Level 3 Personal Training qualification (or equivalent).
- Legal right to work in the United Kingdom (no visa sponsorship).
- Genuine passion for transforming lives and a growth‑mindset.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to client results.
