Personal Trainer – Luxury Health Club

About the role

Third Space is seeking enthusiastic Personal Trainers to join its luxury health clubs in London. You will work directly with members, delivering personalised training programmes and embodying the brand’s high‑end fitness ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver bespoke personal training sessions that help members achieve their fitness goals.
• Maintain a high standard of safety, hygiene and professionalism on the gym floor.
• Collaborate with in‑house Fitness Managers, Assistant Managers and the Education team to continuously improve service quality.
• Participate in the Third Space PT Academy, completing internal and external qualifications.
• Track client progress, provide feedback and adjust programmes as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum Level 3 REPs, CIMSPA or equivalent fitness qualification.
• Proven experience building a successful personal training business.
• Passion for health, fitness and delivering exceptional member experiences.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative club environment.
