About the role
ASDA is seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join its Liverpool pharmacy team on a 25.5‑hour weekly schedule. The role offers a competitive salary and the chance to work in a busy retail pharmacy environment.
Key responsibilities
- Dispense prescription medicines accurately and in accordance with legal requirements.
- Provide professional advice on over‑the‑counter products and health matters.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Collaborate with pharmacy assistants and other healthcare professionals to deliver safe, high‑quality service.
- Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure proper storage of medicines.
Required profile
- Registered pharmacist with a valid UK pharmacy licence.
- Strong knowledge of UK pharmacy legislation and best practice.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
