Pharmacist – AI Training Specialist (Remote, Flexible Hours)

About the role

Prolific is seeking licensed pharmacists to join its Domain Expert network and help train cutting‑edge AI models used in healthcare. You will work remotely, completing short, focused tasks that evaluate and improve AI‑generated pharmaceutical advice.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated responses to pharmacy scenarios and rate them for accuracy, safety, and clinical reasoning.
• Compare multiple model answers and justify the best response based on current pharmacy standards.
• Create improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to guide model learning.

Required profile

• Current, good‑standing pharmacy license or registration (PharmD, RPh, or equivalent) with board certification where applicable.
• Recent experience in retail, clinical, or hospital pharmacy, comfortable with drug interactions, dosing, and therapeutic reasoning.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on complex medical data for up to one hour.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, a computer, and a PayPal account for payments.
• Willingness to self‑declare earnings as a self‑employed participant.
