About the role
Our pharmacists make a real difference in the communities we serve, delivering trusted care, advice and services that put patients first. In this role you will use your clinical expertise daily, working alongside a brilliant team and modern tools.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver NHS, locally commissioned and private services using in‑store and digital tools.
- Lead professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance.
- Monitor, evaluate and continuously improve standards of care and safety.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team.
- Coach, mentor and support colleagues to grow talent that reflects the community.
- Represent Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals.
Required profile
- Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting.
- Passion for delivering essential, advanced and private services.
- Collaborative, team‑first mindset with eagerness to coach others.
