About the role

Our pharmacists make a real difference in the communities we serve, delivering trusted care, advice and services that put patients first. In this role you will use your clinical expertise daily, working alongside a brilliant team and modern tools.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver NHS, locally commissioned and private services using in‑store and digital tools.
• Lead professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance.
• Monitor, evaluate and continuously improve standards of care and safety.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team.
• Coach, mentor and support colleagues to grow talent that reflects the community.
• Represent Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals.

Required profile

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting.
• Passion for delivering essential, advanced and private services.
• Collaborative, team‑first mindset with eagerness to coach others.
