About the role
Join Nuffield Health Wessex Hospital as a qualified Pharmacist and become the trusted Medicines Management Lead. You will work within a multidisciplinary team delivering high‑quality clinical care across a range of hospital departments.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clinical pharmacy advice and medicines management across pre‑assessment clinics, outpatient departments, wards and theatres.
- Lead the pharmacy team in delivering safe, effective medication use for patients.
- Collaborate closely with doctors, nurses and allied health professionals to optimise patient pathways.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of pharmacy practice and regulatory standards.
Required profile
- Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- Proven post‑qualification pharmacy experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient and staff interaction.
