Pharmacist – Private Pharmacy, London

About the role

Pharmacierge is a private pharmacy based on Wimpole Street in London’s Harley Street medical district. We are looking for a qualified Pharmacist to join our team and help deliver a safe, personalised medication service to patients and prescribers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with a team of pharmacists to ensure efficient dispensing of medications.
• Mentor junior staff and trainees, fostering a supportive team environment.
• Perform clinical checks, verify prescriptions against legal and regulatory standards, and assess suitability of medication for each patient.
• Conduct final accuracy checks and provide comprehensive counselling on medication use, side‑effects and adherence.
• Respond to queries from prescribers and healthcare professionals, offering guidance on drug interactions, dosing and optimal prescribing practices.
• Maintain compliance with GPhC standards, UK pharmacy regulations and internal safety protocols.

Required profile

• Current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Willingness to work a 40‑hour week or part‑time schedule, including weekends.
• Strong commitment to patient safety, clinical excellence and continuous professional development.
