About the role

We are seeking a Pharmacy Dispenser to join our team at Clifton Village Pharmacy. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately dispensing medicines, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the pharmacy team in a busy community setting.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process prescription orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and label medicines for dispensing, checking dosage and patient details.
• Maintain stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory records.
• Provide advice to customers on medication usage, dosage, and possible side effects.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the pharmacy’s point‑of‑sale system.
• Ensure the pharmacy environment meets health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification or experience as a pharmacy dispensing assistant.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
