Pharmacy Support Worker – Logistics

About the role

Pharmacierge is looking for a dedicated Pharmacy Support Worker to join its Logistics team. You will play a key part in ensuring medications are delivered safely and efficiently to patients, working closely with pharmacy staff to uphold high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery schedules to guarantee timely and safe distribution of prescriptions.
• Support inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and maintaining optimal levels.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in handling and storing pharmaceutical products.
• Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and liaising with delivery teams and patients.
• Assist in training new staff members on best practices in pharmacy logistics.

Required profile

• Experience in pharmacy or logistical operations is preferred.
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
