Pharmacy Team Leader – Part‑time (Exeter)

About the role

Superdrug is looking for a motivated Pharmacy Team Leader to join its Exeter pharmacy. Working 24 hours a week across three days, you will help drive performance and ensure a high‑quality service for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the pharmacy team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Support the Pharmacy Manager with day‑to‑day operational tasks.
• Use initiative to improve performance, efficiency and add value to the business.
• Ensure the dispensary operates smoothly and complies with GPhC standards.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 3 in Dispensing (Level 2 also considered).
• Previous experience working in a dispensary.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Supervisory experience in pharmacy or retail environments.
• Ambitious professional eager to grow and take on leadership responsibilities.

Required skills

• NVQ Level 3 (or Level 2) qualification in dispensing.
