About the role

We are looking for a qualified Pharmacy Technician to join our cannabis clinic in Sunderland. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive safe and effective medication support. The role combines direct patient interaction with clinical record management and service improvement activities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle patient queries and provide accurate medicines information.
• Maintain and update clinical records in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Support the multidisciplinary team in delivering patient‑centred care.
• Identify and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
• Ensure medication safety and compliance throughout the dispensing process.

Required profile

• Registered Pharmacy Technician with a valid UK registration.
• Strong organisational abilities and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare professionals.
