Pickers & Packers – Warehouse Role in Banbury

About the role
We are looking for motivated Pickers & Packers to join a fast‑paced warehouse serving a rapidly growing client in Banbury. You will work in a chilled environment handling raw and frozen boxed meat, ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed and palletised.
Key responsibilities
- Pick and pack stock using manual pick sheets.
- Handle raw and frozen meat products while adhering to food safety standards.
- Load packed goods onto pallets for dispatch.
- Work safely in chilled rooms and short bursts in a blast freezer (-18 °C to -25 °C).
- Maintain accuracy and speed to meet daily targets.
Required profile
- Previous experience in picking and packing roles.
- Physically fit – able to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Willingness to work in cold and blast‑freezer temperatures.
- Own safety boots and hi‑vis clothing.
Required skills
What we offer
- £12.71 per hour.
- 40 hours per week, Monday‑Thursday with occasional Sunday shifts.
- Various shift patterns: mid‑day, night and weekend.
- Full‑time temporary contract.
