Platform Product Manager

About the role

JPMorgan Chase is building a new digital bank in the UK and needs a Platform Product Manager to shape the developer experience. You will own the strategy and roadmap for platform services such as observability, documentation portals, APIs, SDKs and CLI tools, ensuring they meet the needs of internal and external developers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap for platform capabilities, translating developer pain points into actionable initiatives.
• Gather insights through interviews, telemetry, support tickets and community feedback.
• Collaborate closely with platform engineering, SRE and security teams to deliver reliable, secure and scalable solutions.
• Set clear success metrics and monitor product performance throughout the lifecycle.
• Work within agile squads and tribes, moving between projects based on strengths and interests.
