Playworker – Part‑time (3 hrs/week, Term‑time)

About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Playworker to join Chandag Primary School on a permanent, part‑time basis. You will deliver a term‑time after‑school programme that supports children’s intellectual, physical, social, emotional and cultural development.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and run after‑school activities within a childcare framework.
- Meet the diverse needs of children during the 3‑hour weekly session (Wednesday 3pm‑6pm).
- Collaborate with staff to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Support children in reaching their full potential.
Required profile
- Energetic, committed and creative.
- Strong team player who builds positive relationships.
- Experience in a customer‑facing role delivering high standards.
- Belief that every child deserves the best opportunities.
