Plumber Multi Trader – London

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Plumber Multi Trader to join a reactive maintenance team delivering plumbing repairs and general property upkeep across social housing in London. The role involves working on occupied homes, providing high‑quality, customer‑focused service.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out domestic plumbing repairs – leaks, pipework, taps, toilets, baths, showers, radiators and related fixtures.
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing faults efficiently.
• Complete minor multi‑trade tasks such as basic carpentry, patch plastering, tiling and painting.
• Maintain accurate records of work, materials and job updates using a PDA system.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and company procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a plumber, preferably within social housing or reactive maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, customer‑focused attitude.
• Full UK driving licence.
