Porter (Zero Hours)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Porter on a zero‑hours basis to help keep our operations running smoothly at CH&CO. This permanent casual role offers the chance to develop your career within a company that values individuality and recognises hard work.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the lobby and other public areas clean and tidy.
• Assist housekeeping, restaurant and banqueting teams with room set‑up and furniture movement.
• Perform reception duties such as booking theatre tickets or restaurant reservations.
• Respond to customer requests and run errands as needed.
• Ensure customer safety by placing and removing signage for wet floors or painted areas.

Required profile

• Excellent communicator who can build relationships quickly.
• Proven experience delivering high‑quality customer care.

• Capable of working under pressure.
