About the role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) Practitioner to join the Intensive Positive Behavioural Support (iPBS) team. The role focuses on supporting children with learning disabilities and/or autism who display complex and severe behaviours of concern.

Key responsibilities

Work as part of a multidisciplinary team that includes psychology, speech and language, and occupational therapy professionals.
Provide positive behavioural support interventions for children with learning disabilities and autism.
Collaborate with families and other professionals to develop and implement support plans.
Contribute to a warm and welcoming team environment.

Required profile

Enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
Commitment to inclusive practice and supporting neurodiverse individuals.
Willingness to discuss reasonable adjustments and support needs.
