PR, Events and Partnerships Executive

About the role

Skin Cupid is seeking a PR, Events and Partnerships Executive to shape how the brand appears beyond its owned digital channels. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will own earned media, influencer programmes, physical events, visual merchandising, brand collaborations, creator partnerships and affiliate marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Brief and manage the PR agency, develop seasonal story angles, pitch media and track coverage.
• Own the influencer programme end‑to‑end: identify, brief, gift, track and report on macro and micro partnerships.
• Write and issue press releases, product pitches and brand announcements; report monthly on press coverage.
• Plan and execute brand launch parties, press days, partner activations and community events.
• Oversee physical visual merchandising at events, pop‑ups and retail appearances, ensuring consistent brand presentation.
• Identify and develop non‑competing brand collaborations, co‑branded gifting and limited‑edition partnerships.
• Manage creator and community partnerships beyond core influencers, including emerging creators and brand ambassadors.
• Recruit and manage affiliates, set commission structures and report on performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in at least two core areas: PR, events or partnerships.
• Passion for beauty, with knowledge or strong interest in K‑beauty and Asian skincare.
• Existing network of press and influencer contacts in the beauty space is a strong advantage.
• Excellent written communication skills, capable of drafting press releases and campaign briefs.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
