PR Senior Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a PR Senior Account Manager to join our thriving B2B communications agency in Bristol. You will own a portfolio of B2B clients, act as their trusted adviser, and deliver strategic PR programmes that drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑lasting client relationships, becoming the go‑to PR expert.
• Develop and execute strategic PR plans aligned with business objectives.
• Generate compelling story ideas and secure high‑quality media coverage across print, digital and broadcast.
• Write press releases, thought‑leadership articles, opinion pieces and digital content.
• Identify proactive opportunities to raise client profiles and manage issues confidently.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and provide insightful reporting.
• Mentor junior team members, supporting their development.
• Maintain strong relationships with journalists, media contacts and influencers.

Required profile

• Proven PR agency experience, preferably with B2B clients in sectors such as financial services, property or automotive.
• Outstanding writing and media‑relations abilities.
• Strong client‑management skills and commercial awareness.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach.
• Based near Bristol and comfortable with hybrid working.
