About the role

Chase Medical is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join its bank of locum nurses in Aylesbury. This temporary position offers flexibility to control your own schedule while delivering essential primary‑care services to local patients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing care within a GP practice, including patient assessments and follow‑ups.
• Deliver child immunisations and manage chronic disease monitoring programmes.
• Perform cytology sampling and ensure results are recorded accurately.
• Collaborate with practice staff to maintain high standards of patient safety and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in a primary‑care setting.
• Confidence in at least two of the listed clinical areas.
• Ability to work independently on a locum basis.
