Premium Travel Consultant – Arabic Leisure Market

About the role

Join Ten Lifestyle Group as a Premium Travel Consultant focused on the Arabic leisure market. You will design and deliver bespoke, high‑end travel experiences for discerning clients worldwide, acting as their trusted point of contact.

Key responsibilities

• Create tailor‑made itineraries that meet the highest standards of luxury and service.
• Maintain and grow relationships with premium clients, providing proactive support throughout their journeys.
• Utilise GDS platforms, especially Amadeus, to book travel components and ensure seamless execution.
• Stay up‑to‑date with luxury travel trends, destination knowledge, gastronomy, events and cultural offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver exceptional experiences.

Required profile

• Commercial or equivalent education.
• Several years of experience in travel, tour operators, luxury concierge, hospitality or high‑end customer service (minimum 3 years).
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset and high quality awareness.
• Full‑time availability and willingness to work on‑site at least three days a week if within commuting distance of London.

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of GDS systems, preferably Amadeus.
