Pre‑Sales, Go To Market Manager

About the role

The Pre‑Sales, Go To Market Manager will act as the connective tissue between global product teams and regional execution within Mastercard’s Corporate Solutions organization. You will help translate product strategy into revenue‑generating activities and support the external narrative of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Evolve and operationalise the business narrative to ensure strategic alignment across the organisation.
• Support external narrative oversight in partnership with Investor Relations, including earnings preparation and investor‑facing moments.
• Oversee sales pipeline and wins review to identify case studies, client stories and proof points.
• Develop and execute launch plans to accelerate product adoption and deliver a seamless "One Mastercard" experience.
• Create high‑impact sales assets (pitch decks, case studies, demos, GTM playbooks) that translate product capabilities into compelling commercial storytelling.
• Evaluate enablement effectiveness through product adoption, sales engagement and performance indicators, refining narrative as needed.
• Maintain content hygiene across the sales repository (e.g., Seismic) to ensure consistency and ease of use.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pre‑sales and go‑to‑market activities within corporate solutions.
• Strong data‑driven decision‑making and analytical abilities.
• Excellent storytelling skills to craft business narratives and sales collateral.
