Price & Customer Master Data Specialist

About the role

The Price & Customer Master Data Specialist ensures reliable pricing and customer information across key systems, supporting a smooth Order‑to‑Cash journey for a global medical solutions provider. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with sales, finance, IT and commercial teams to maintain data integrity and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Own the accuracy of customer and pricing master data in SAP and Salesforce.
• Govern pricing lists, contracts, catalogues and indexation in line with policy and compliance.
• Conduct data quality audits, cleansing activities and process optimisation.
• Provide pricing insights and analysis to inform commercial and financial decisions.
• Resolve pricing, invoicing and customer data issues quickly and precisely.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, IT, Commercial Excellence and Global Customer Experience to align data standards.
• Act as subject‑matter expert, delivering training, guidance and best practices to users.
• Maintain customer portals, templates and contractual sales data outputs.

Required profile

• Relevant professional experience in master data, pricing or commercial data management.
• Strong analytical thinking combined with clear, effective communication.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
