Pricing & Revenue Manager - Point of Sale Lending

About the role

We are looking for a Pricing & Revenue Manager to join the Commercial Strategy team at NatWest Group. You will help shape the pricing strategy for our Point of Sale Lending portfolio, ensuring profitable growth and transparent, fair pricing for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain pricing models and commercial structures for Point of Sale Lending products.
• Advise sales teams on optimal pricing, margin guidance and deal structuring for new client opportunities.
• Monitor and manage in‑life commercial performance, feeding insights into the annual and long‑term revenue plan.
• Create frameworks to evaluate pricing effectiveness and support revenue planning for NatWest Boxed.
• Contribute to pricing strategies for existing unsecured personal lending and deposit propositions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in pricing, commercial finance or embedded finance roles.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities with a track record of data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
• Experience working in Agile environments and applying risk management principles.
