Primary Learning Support Assistant (SEND) – Day Rate £100+

About the role

We are partnering with primary schools across Medway to provide experienced SEND Teaching Assistants who will support pupils with special educational needs. The role starts after the half‑term break and runs until the end of the academic year, offering both day‑to‑day supply and longer‑term placements.

Key responsibilities

• Support individual pupils or small groups with SEND, including ADHD and challenging behaviour.
• Deliver tailored learning activities and assist with classroom routines.
• Collaborate with teachers and senior staff to implement personalised education plans.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with children who have special educational needs.
• Passion for supporting young learners in a primary school setting.
• Ability to work flexibly across different schools in Medway.
