Primary School Teacher – Year 4 (Brent, NW10)

About the role

We are partnering with a vibrant primary school in Brent to recruit an experienced Primary School Teacher for a Year 4 position starting September 2026. The role offers the chance to shape young minds within a supportive community and to contribute to the school’s high‑quality, inclusive curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Stay up‑to‑date with educational research, policies and local authority initiatives through continuous professional development.
• Promote a positive school culture by modelling excellent teaching practice and representing the school in meetings with governors and external networks.
• Plan and deliver an inclusive curriculum that challenges pupils across core and non‑core subjects.
• Monitor pupil progress using data, identify learning gaps and implement targeted interventions.
• Collaborate regularly with colleagues and parents to support individual learning needs and communicate curriculum developments.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, preferably at Year 4 level.
• Commitment to delivering engaging, inclusive lessons.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Team‑player with a reflective and proactive approach.
