About the role
We are looking for a qualified Primary Supply Teacher to provide flexible, on‑site cover for schools in Worthing and surrounding areas. The role offers day‑to‑day teaching assignments as well as longer‑term placements, allowing you to work as little or as often as you like.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver primary curriculum lessons and support pupils across all key stages.
- Provide reliable classroom cover for absent teachers on short notice.
- Adapt teaching approaches to suit different school environments.
- Maintain a safe and engaging learning environment.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Clean DBS check.
- Teaching experience in a school within the last five years.
- Enthusiasm for making a positive impact in the classroom.
