About the role
Spencer Clarke Group is seeking qualified primary teachers, including Early Career Teachers (ECTs), to work across a range of welcoming primary schools in Blackburn and East Lancashire. Roles are available from EYFS to Year 6, offering both short‑term and long‑term placements.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver lessons that follow the National Curriculum.
- Maintain strong classroom management and a positive learning environment.
- Assess and support pupils to achieve their full potential.
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience teaching the National Curriculum.
- Positive, adaptable, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Commitment to helping children succeed.
