About the role
Smart Education is seeking a qualified Primary Teacher to join a supportive primary school in Coventry. The position offers flexible full‑time or part‑time options within a healthy work‑life balance environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons across all primary year groups.
- Maintain a safe, positive and productive classroom atmosphere.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
- Collaborate with support staff and SEN teams.
- Adhere to school policies and expectations.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Minimum six months of UK school experience.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Adaptable and confident teaching approach.
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
- SEN experience desirable.
