About the role
Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic KS1 teachers to deliver engaging lessons in welcoming primary schools across South East England. The position can be a long‑term placement starting in September or flexible day‑to‑day supply work, offering a supportive environment for qualified teachers.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver creative, curriculum‑aligned lessons for Key Stage 1 pupils.
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Follow school policies and curriculum expectations.
- Adapt quickly to different classroom settings for supply assignments.
- Monitor and support pupil progress where required.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching within KS1.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management abilities.
- Flexible, reliable and adaptable approach.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one.
