Principal Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Synthesia, the world’s leading AI video platform for business, is looking for a Principal Product Marketing Manager to define positioning and drive launches for its core studio and video creation experience. This high‑visibility, strategic role works closely with Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer teams to shape market perception and establish Synthesia as a category leader.

Key responsibilities

• Define the strategic narrative – own the overarching story of the studio and the future of AI‑native video creation.
• Lead core product launches – own positioning, messaging and go‑to‑market execution for new capabilities.
• Drive adoption & enablement – create campaigns, assets and sales collateral that move customers from awareness to active usage.
• Own competitive positioning – develop frameworks that highlight the studio’s differentiation in a changing market.
• Collaborate on product strategy – bring GTM perspective to decisions on launch readiness, pricing, packaging and roadmap prioritisation.
• Gather and apply customer intelligence – partner with market intelligence to anticipate needs, competitive moves and emerging use cases.

Required profile

• 10+ years in B2B SaaS with 6+ years in product marketing leadership, having shipped senior‑level flagship products.
• Strong ownership mindset – comfortable shaping narrative from a blank slate and iterating quickly.
• Excellent written communication – able to craft positioning, messaging and strategy documents that persuade skeptical audiences.
• Deep understanding of the sales cycle – experienced building enablement tools that accelerate deal closure.
• Proven track record of delivering launches that drive sales velocity, customer adoption and market perception.
