Principal Recruitment Consultant – Lead a Market

About the role

We are seeking a Principal Recruitment Consultant to lead one of our specialist markets. In this senior individual contributor position you will shape market strategy, build strong client relationships and mentor junior colleagues while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow a specialist recruitment division within your market
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue generation
• Deliver high‑quality permanent and/or contract recruitment solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates
• Mentor and support Consultants and Senior Consultants
• Share market knowledge and contribute to business‑wide growth initiatives
• Promote and uphold the #OneTeam culture across the organisation

Required profile

• Significant experience in recruitment with a proven track record of exceeding targets
• Strong billing history and commercial acumen
• Demonstrated ability to win, develop and retain client relationships
• Experience mentoring or supporting less‑experienced recruiters
• Leadership qualities without necessarily seeking a formal management role
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ambition to become a recognised market leader
