About the role
We are partnering with a local printing company in Swindon to hire a Print Finisher on a temporary‑to‑permanent basis. The role works rotating shifts between 06:00‑14:00 and 14:00‑22:00, Monday to Friday, and offers a supportive team environment.
Key responsibilities
- Operate finishing machinery such as guillotines, folding machines and laminators.
- Cut and trim printed materials to precise specifications.
- Fold, collate and assemble booklets and other printed products.
- Perform binding and other finishing processes.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy before dispatch.
Required profile
- Previous experience in print finishing or a similar printing environment.
- Flexible team player with strong attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills.
- Counterbalance forklift licence is an advantage.
