Private Client Paralegal – Surrey

About the role
We are seeking a Private Client Paralegal to join a multi‑office law firm in north Surrey. You will become part of a welcoming team with many long‑serving staff and will work on high‑net‑worth private client matters.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and manage wills and probate files.
- Handle estate administration tasks.
- Draft and review lasting powers of attorney (LPAs).
- Assist with tax planning and trust arrangements.
Required profile
- At least one year of experience handling private client matters (wills, probate, estate administration, LPAs, tax and trusts) in a UK private practice law firm.
