Private Client Solicitor – Aylesbury, £55k‑£65k DOE

About the role

We are a well‑established regional law firm seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our Aylesbury office. You will work autonomously on a profitable caseload while benefiting from a collaborative private client team and hybrid working flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full private client caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Provide expert advice on wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, trusts and estate administration.
• Handle complex and taxable estates and ensure compliance with SRA regulations.
• Deliver exceptional client service and build long‑term relationships.
• Identify opportunities to grow the private client department locally.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the wider private client team.

Required profile

• 4‑8 years post‑qualification experience in private client law.
• Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, LPAs, trusts and estate administration.
• Proven ability to manage an independent caseload.
• Excellent communication and client‑relationship skills.
• Commercially minded and proactive.
