Private Client Solicitor – Hybrid (Essex/East London)

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Drafting wills, including complex estate‑planning work
• Preparing lasting powers of attorney
• Managing probate and full estate administration
• Submitting applications for grants of probate
• Advising on inheritance tax and succession planning

Required profile

• 3+ years’ experience in wills & probate or private client work
• Strong experience advising elderly clients
• STEP or SFE accreditation (or working towards it) is advantageous
• Commercially aware yet client‑focused
• Organised, practical and comfortable managing your own caseload
• Willing to contribute to networking and local profile‑building when appropriate
