Private Client Solicitor – Lead Role in Essex

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to lead and develop our private client department in Essex. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload and help shape the future direction of the practice.

Key responsibilities

• Drafting wills and providing estate planning advice
• Handling probate and estate administration matters
• Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Providing general private client advisory services
• Contributing to the growth and strategic development of the department

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in private client work
• Proven track record handling wills, probate, LPAs and estate administration
• Excellent client care and communication abilities
• Proactive approach to business development and networking
• Ambition to take on greater responsibility and help expand the firm’s offering
