Private Client Tax Senior Manager – Surrey

About the role
This senior position leads private client tax work for a well‑established accountancy practice in Guildford. You will manage a high‑net‑worth portfolio, delivering both compliance and strategic advisory services.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee a substantial personal tax portfolio covering compliance and advisory work.
- Identify tax planning opportunities and navigate complex legislative issues.
- Act as the senior point of contact for high‑net‑worth individuals, business owners and family groups.
- Support workflow planning, team development and mentorship of junior staff.
- Contribute to revenue growth within the Private Client function.
Required profile
- CTA, ACA, ACCA or CA qualification.
- Strong experience in private client or mixed tax work within a UK practice.
- Proven ability to advise senior stakeholders and lead teams.
