Private Tours Product Manager – Luxury Travel

About the role

This position combines high‑end product design with consultative sales to create bespoke travel experiences for discerning clients across the UK and Ireland. You will work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment, shaping the company’s luxury travel offering while building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver exceptional bespoke itineraries for high‑value customers.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships, providing highly personalised service.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through storytelling and tailored proposals.
• Develop unique, experience‑led travel products that reflect the luxury brand.
• Manage pricing, budgets and profit margins for each itinerary.
• Research emerging travel trends and exclusive experiences to expand the product portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine products and ensure outstanding customer experiences.
• Oversee multiple client projects simultaneously, maintaining the highest standards.

Required profile

• Commercially minded travel professional with a passion for luxury journeys.
• Proven experience in high‑end travel product design and sales.
• Strong destination knowledge of the UK and Ireland.
• Excellent relationship‑building and consultative selling abilities.
• Ability to manage budgets and drive commercial success.
