Process Analyst – Hybrid, £40k-£50k, 35‑hour week

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Process Analyst to join our hybrid team in Hull. You will play a central part in analysing, improving and optimising business processes across a fast‑growing professional services organisation with a unique tech offering.
Key responsibilities
- Review current operational processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop, document and implement new processes that meet business needs.
- Perform business process mapping, customer journey mapping and end‑to‑end change delivery.
- Gather requirements, write user stories and support change management initiatives.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful adoption.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in a process‑focused analyst role.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Relevant professional certifications are desirable.
- Proven experience working within Agile and Scrum environments.
- Ability to work hybrid, attending the Hull office two days per week.
