Process Operator – Night Shift

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Process Operator to work the night shift (10 pm‑6 am) at a well‑established international manufacturing site in Dartford. The role offers full training and a clear pathway for progression within a reputable company.
Key responsibilities
- Manufacture dispersion products during the night shift while adhering to GMP and health & safety standards.
- Accurately complete batch documentation and maintain records.
- Liaise with Quality Control staff to ensure timely batch release.
- Assist with utility functions and support automated systems as required.
Required profile
- GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.
- Ability to work flexibly as part of a night‑shift team.
- Motivated, initiative‑driven and able to follow instructions.
- Good numeracy and literacy (tested at interview).
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
