Process Operator (Rotating Shift)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Process Operator to join a well‑established international manufacturing company in Dartford. The position operates on a rotating shift pattern, providing a dynamic environment where you will contribute to the production of dispersion products while adhering to strict quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manufacture dispersion products in line with batch specifications.
• Accurately complete batch documentation and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and health & safety regulations.
• Liaise with Quality Control personnel to facilitate timely batch release.
• Assist with utility functions and support continuous improvement initiatives when required.

Required profile

• GCSE or equivalent qualification in English and Mathematics.
• Previous experience working in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong team orientation, high motivation, and a flexible, proactive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively within shift patterns (Monday‑Friday 6 am‑2 pm or 1:30 pm‑10 pm, with Friday ending at 8:30 pm).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
