Procurement and Inventory Manager

About the role

Wireless CCTV Ltd is seeking a proactive Procurement and Inventory Manager to support the UK Operations Director. You will own the end‑to‑end supply chain, from sourcing suppliers to maintaining optimal stock levels, ensuring the business runs smoothly without over‑stocking.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies that deliver cost savings and quality improvements.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
• Conduct market and price analysis to identify risks and sourcing opportunities.
• Manage purchase orders from creation through delivery, ensuring value for money.
• Oversee the full inventory lifecycle, including stock planning, re‑ordering, replenishment and optimisation.
• Implement inventory control systems, conduct regular stock counts and cycle checks.
• Analyse inventory data and BOM reviews to identify slow‑moving or obsolete stock.
• Collaborate with warehouse, finance and logistics teams to improve storage efficiency and forecast budgets.

Required profile

• Experience in procurement, purchasing or inventory management within a UK‑based operation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and inventory metrics.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams (operations, finance, logistics).
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to risk management.
