Product Manager

About the role

Interactive Investor is seeking a Product Manager to join its Product Team. Working hybrid (three days a week on‑site in Manchester or Leeds), you will help shape the future of the UK’s leading flat‑fee investment platform.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Product Managers, Heads of Digital Product and cross‑functional stakeholders to align product work with company objectives.
• Lead discovery activities, validate ideas with quantitative and qualitative data, and translate insights into product road‑maps.
• Own and monitor key performance indicators, spotting trends, risks and opportunities.
• Mentor and support Product Analysts/Owners and, when needed, act as Product Owner for delivery squads.
• Prioritise backlog items, ensure the right problems are tackled first, and communicate learnings across the organisation.

Required profile

• Customer‑obsessed mindset with a data‑driven approach to decision making.
• Proven ability to lead and develop product teams in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong communication skills to work with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.

Required skills

• Experience with product discovery, backlog management and KPI tracking.
• Ability to analyse both quantitative and qualitative research.
