Product Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our Global Marketing group. Working closely with technical Product Managers, you will translate market and client insights into compelling messaging, sales tools, and marketing content for our ERP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers to define and execute go‑to‑market strategies, including product positioning and messaging.
• Conduct market research, client interviews, surveys, and focus groups to capture buyer personas and emerging opportunities.
• Perform competitor analysis and monitor market trends to inform product strategy.
• Create technical marketing assets such as e‑books, white papers, blogs, lead magnets, and web pages.
• Plan and deliver global marketing campaigns that can be leveraged by regional teams and partners.
• Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
• Support regional events, conferences, and trade shows in line with the go‑to‑market plan.
• Assist in implementing the company’s brand strategy across all marketing activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in product marketing or product management.
• Technical background in ERP software, preferably SAP.
• Strong collaborative ability to work across multiple departments.
• Excellent market‑research and analytical skills.
• Commercially driven mindset with solid business acumen.
