Product Sales Responsible – Naval Domain (Hybrid)

About the role

Saab UK is seeking a Product Sales Responsible for the Naval domain to drive sales and business development of its Surveillance product portfolio. You will work with customers, partners and internal teams to turn opportunities into contracts, while balancing remote flexibility with on‑site presence in Fareham, Farnborough or London.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage business opportunities to meet order intake and gross margin targets.
• Lead and coordinate bid teams from early development through contract signing.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Sales Responsible, Product Managers, Bid Office and other functions across Saab UK and the wider group.
• Support the CSR with product knowledge and sales activities.
• Plan and execute meetings, exhibitions and customer delegation visits.
• Maintain accurate business data in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Conduct business intelligence on competitor product offerings.
