Production and Operations Manager

About the role

Particle6 is seeking a versatile Production and Operations Manager to join its in‑house Production Management and Operations team. Working hybrid from London, you will oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of broadcast, commercial and R&D projects, ensuring high creative standards while integrating AI‑driven tools into the workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Lead production from development through post, managing schedules, budgets and resources across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with editorial, production, post‑production and AI teams to align priorities and maintain quality.
• Mentor and supervise Production Coordinators and Assistants, building a scalable production team.
• Develop and enforce consistent processes, ensuring compliant use of AI tools with legal and client requirements.
• Identify and implement AI automation opportunities to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of production and operations experience, preferably in animation, VFX or post‑production.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and resources across multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and a senior‑level mindset.
