Production Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Production Assistant to support the creation and delivery of podcasts and live events at W!ZARD Radio Media. You will work closely with creators, the social media team, and management to help grow our audience and expand our content slate.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the team and creators with the production of W!ZARD Studios’ podcast slate.
• Support day‑to‑day studio operations, including bookings, client liaison, and setting up/monitoring recording sessions.
• Develop recording skills and take ownership of the recording process for specific podcasts.
• File, label, and upload content to the Content Management System, keeping it organised.
• Help creators with episode planning, brainstorming, and digital content delivery.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to promote podcasts and live events.
• Collaborate on social, digital, and marketing campaigns, creating graphics, video, and written posts.
• Monitor podcast network social media presence and ensure brand consistency.
• Use podcast analytics dashboards and infrastructure systems to track performance.
